1. Return :
- You may return unused, and unopened item within 7 days of devlivery for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition
- A vaild proof of Purchase ( order number / invoice ) is required
2. Non - returnable items include :
- Opened or used health supplements, Creams, or personal care products.
- Products purchased pn clearance or promotional sale.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Refund :
- Or receipt and it’s inspection, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges ( if any ) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges :
- Product can be exchanged if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Cancellations :
- Order can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, Please Contact us immediately.
- Ones shipped, the order cannot ne cancelled but can be returned under the return policy mentioned above.
